FIRST TIME?

Is this your first time training with us at PLUSH Fitness?  No worries!  We got you covered.  Enjoy your first class on us.  Whether you’re working out in a gym, have resistance bands, dumbbells, kettle bells, or no equipment at all, we will help you get started on your journey to get leaner, stronger, and more explosive.  Learn more about our total body strength & conditioning workouts.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

PLUSH group classes take place virtually via Zoom. Once you've signed up, you will receive an email with a link to join. Be sure to have your email notifications turned on. If experiencing any issues, please email us for help.

Whether you have access to dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, cans of beans or just your own body weight, we'll still reach our full potential. We will show variations to work with whatever you've got!

Each class begins with a proper warm up to get the heart pumping, blood flowing, and prime those muscles so you'll be ready to put in some hard work.

Next we'll move into a circuit including a main lift with auxiliary exercises, followed by a secondary lift with auxiliary exercises, ending with core work and a strong finisher to leave you feeling pumped and ready for whatever life throws at us!
